Soon it will be easier than ever to use an electric vehicle in the Twin Cities. The City of Saint Paul – in partnership with the City of Minneapolis, Xcel Energy, and HOURCAR – is starting the EV Spot Network in early 2022 to support increased access to and use of electric vehicles.
